Eurowerke is the new name of Hills Eurohaus. The same team. The same business. Everything is the same – except the name.

Located in Castle Hill, Eurowerke was founded by brothers Ozzy & Oscar in 2011. First class service.Had to edit this to update my recent experience. Replaced my brake with them 8000km ago and it... already made a squeaking sound. Brought it back and requested for a check. Today they told me it was replaced under warranty the whole brake pad and rotor. That, is what we call a first class service and taking care of your customer.read more

The customer service at the front desk was not professional at all. When I was talking with the team members, I felt... that they were very uninterested in helping me out (a new customer). I didn't experience any sort of professionalism at all. When I was asking for information and advice, they seemed uninterested with what I was asking them and I just felt like they didn't want to talk to me at all as they were looking down on their computers and rarely looked up at me when I was talking or when they were talking.I had previously heard very good reviews on this company and had very high expectations, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to experience that at all. I was considering to go ahead with this company as I was recommended by a few of my mates, but due to the unsatisfactory customer service, I had to reconsider.Although I am just a single customer, and losing me is not so much of a big deal for this company, but I do hope this can be improved and worked on.read more

There was no problem before the steering wheel of my car was sent to the service. After the service, the balance was... found to be problematic. After asking, I was told that it was not their problem. My god, why don't you tell the truth? Finally, they posted their sticker on the back of my car without notifying me. After hearing great things about the team, I decided to trust EuroWerke to take on the job of installing a new clutch... kit and clutch master cylinder in my modified Volvo C30. With such an "odd" car and having done all the work on my cars myself for my whole life, I was quite nervous to have a shop work on it for me. Especially one that I'd never been to/dealt with before.Well, I was right to trust them! EuroWerke were super detailed and were quick to contact me with any concerns they had, and very honest. Their shop was spotless and tooling is top notch as well, and they don't charge an arm and a leg as you'd expect from most euro shops. Was very impressed. Awesome service and reasonable prices. They certainly know what they are doing. Unfortunately cannot say the same about... the stickers. Make sure you tell them beforehand if you don't want stickers on your car. I didn't mind the free advertisement at first, but the placement of the stickers were awful (not even and scratched my vehicle in the process).EDIT In response to the owner:If you want to get into the small details, you might want to check if the system even sent me an email in the first place regarding this booking.read more

Service was good. Not a fan of their online assessment and approval for work to be carried out, but could get use to... change in technology.A bit sus suggesting I needed new windscreen wipers. They were only changed 1 week before when a new windscreen was fitted. They said they left a smear across the screen, the screen could have been dirty. The car was washed and taken straight to them from the car wash.read more

Came in to have the AC serviced on my Mini Cooper S. Eurowerke were very professional, I loved the messaging system... with updates from the mechanic throughout the day. Absolutely appalling customer service, by far the worst experience I have had at any mechanic. They try to tell you... things are wrong with your vehicle which are fine when confirmed by my dealership and then email you a list of repairs that cost you in the thousands. They are dishonest and do not use genuine parts that are satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose. STRONGLY do not recommend.read more

Done my Audi A4 service today, absolutely fab. They are really good with communication, gave me a loan car as well.... They got me a sweet deal on tyres as well (Cheaper than Kmart and Costco).Car drives so well. Pickup has improved. Prices are way Better than dealership.
