You know what’s better than running your own event? It’s attending someone else’s. Why? Well, for one reason - it’s generally easier to enjoy, less stressful and it’s also fun to just take part. Just taking part is something we struggle with though, because for 2024 we attended only a handful of external events; with two being the real stand-outs - the first, Collecting Cars - Cars n Coffee and the second, BMW Drivers Club of NSW’s - BMW Superfest.

The later, BMW Superfest, is currently Australia’s biggest BMW specific event…being so, we wanted to do more than just take part. The event was HUGE and an absolute game changer for Australian events. We dare say, it’s the event we’re looking forward to most come 2025.

Let’s recap the events individually:

BMW Drivers Club of NSW:
BMW SuperFEST, Sydney Motorsport Park
8th September 2024

“When we first heard about the BMW Club of NSW’s plans to create a ‘BMW Superfest’ right here in Sydney we were excited… to say the least. We’re huge BMW Club supporters and long-term members, the thought of a big event run by the club and for the community… is something we’re all about! We knew we wanted to get involved so when Ash from the BMW Club of NSW reached out to us regarding a trade stand and potential event sponsorship, it took us the whole of 1-second to decide.

We opted-in to becoming naming sponsors of the ‘Super-Sprint’ element of the day; this would allow us not only take-part in the event with our own track specific vehicles but have a dedicated space to display other elements of EuroWerke to the BMW community.

About 4 weeks out from the event, the organisers invited all the sponsors down to Sydney Motorsport Park which included BMW ParramattaBMW Castle HillIGL Coatings and yours truly - to do some planning, choose our locations and ask any questions we may have. When the day came, we had only two questions…

  1. Can we have Pitt Garages 1 to 4 and the area behind it?
  2. Would we be able to bring our Dyno for exhibitions runs / demos?

The answer to both questions was, “YES!” but with one request… that we go “above and beyond!” Challenge accepted.

The goal for us was to bring ‘EuroWerke’ to the track, not just our logo and a few cars but we wanted our stand and the cars on exhibition to look and feel like the real EuroWerke. The following few weeks went like a blur, from designing and building our trade stand - to finishing off the aerodynamics on our track car. With help from the whole team, everyone made a difference to ensuring it was all completed and organised on time.”

Collecting Cars:
Coffee Run, Rouse Hill Racecourse
18th August 2024

“Collecting Cars ‘Coffee Run’ has become a staple for automotive events right here in Sydney and many other major cities around the world.

It’s easy to understand why too. With such a powerful brand-name behind the event and a community of special car owners surrounding them, each event truly brings out something new and different. This event was no different.

We were there to spread the word, mingle and of course check out all the car-porn. Lucky for us we had Thony’s M2, Zak’s M2 and then workshop cars - Grimace the G81 M3 Comp and our new 330i wagon. It was amazing couple of hours to chill and as quickly as it started… we were heading home smiles ear to ear.”

Next year, we’ve already committed to the Sydney Euro Motor Festival, BMW Superfest 2025, and a handful of small local community meets. If you’d like to join in on the fun come 2025, please subscribe to our Newsletter & Social Events Mailing list below.
