Absolutely exceptional experience at Eurowerks Castle Hill. Oscar and his brother Ozzy run the workshop with real passion and professionalism. From the first conversation, you can tell they genuinely care — not just about the cars, but about their customers as well.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the job was done perfectly. The attention to detail and pride they take in their work really stands out. It’s rare to find a workshop where you feel completely confident leaving your car, but with these two, you know it’s in the best hands.

Their honesty, care, and dedication are on another level.

Couldn’t recommend Eurowerks Castle Hill enough. The owner, Oscar, is honestly the best in the business. He’s knowledgeable, genuine, and takes the time to properly explain everything without making you feel rushed or pressured.

You can tell he genuinely cares about both the cars and the customers. The attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding, and the whole experience felt professional from start to finish.

It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service the way Oscar does. If you have a European car and want it looked after properly, this is the place to go.

Hands down one of the best workshops I’ve dealt with. The team at Eurowerks Castle Hill are genuine professionals who clearly specialise in European cars. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in simple terms, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

No hidden costs, no surprises — just honest advice and high-quality workmanship. The car came back running perfectly and you can tell they pay attention to detail.

2020 VW Golf Alltrack. Recommended by a Work Colleague . My initial enquirey was for 120K Service, DSG and Differential Service. I promptly received a quote and was happy with the cost. I was able to book my car in earlier which was great. Communication, excellent. Service, excellent. Further to the Service I was informed of other work required and supported with photos one of which I had done. I even got their Sticker on the back as I will be a repeat customer.
Previously serviced by VW Liverpool but let down by poor communication.

I am very satisfied with the work done at Eurowerke when I sent in my VW Golf for repairs. Not only did I get in quickly with an appointment, Phil even price matched the charges. On top of that the car was thoroughly washed and cleaned before collection. My go to place to have any Continental cars serviced or repaired as I also service my Audi A6 there.

I never write reviews but Eurowerke is worth writing a review for!
First of all, the mechanics are amazing and pick up on things you may not pick up on. They are always working with you to find the cheapest option for you.
The prices of the services are amazing and so much cheaper than going to the car dealership.
They are always in contact with what is happening with your car as well as contacting you if your car needs additional repairs before starting them.
Lastly, the receptionist is AMAZING! She is adaptive to your needs (the way you want to be contacted), easy to understand, has amazing knowledge on cars as well. She works with you if you need any help with anything regarding your car! And most of all, she’s friendly and approachable

The team are professional, easy to deal with and super quick at getting back to you. My preferred method of contact was text and Annabelle was able to support me with this. I love that they send out a report to you with any issues they find and you decide whether to go ahead with getting it fixed or not. The team of mechanics had picked up issues with my car that other service centres haven’t and they aren’t phantom issues as it’s things I’ve brought up myself but never got an answer on. I’m really happy with the service, and the way I was treated and will definitely recommend EuroWerke to friends with European cars. Thank you team EuroWerke.

I could honestly spend an entire day writing about my experience with Eurowerke and still not capture how incredible this team is. Over the past year, they’ve completely changed what I thought owning a European car would feel like. These guys are great, took sometime to get my car in for rear brake replacement on my BM but, its because they are busy and obviously known for doing great honest work at a great rate, so worth the wait in my view. Thanks again.

Phil and the boys at Eurowerke are a class act. Can honestly say it has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had period. I drive a M135i and the guys have taken amazing care of her. There was a small leak from something they had to fix a short while ago and they completely re did the job for me completely free and without any kind of awkward conversation about payment etc. They also helped me fix a small coolant leak that they had nothing to do with for free, they spent about 45 min on the car. The garage is immaculate also. Always clean and staff are always professional.

I would not hesitate to send anyone to them. Very highly recommended! Can't see myself ever going to a different garage, whether maintenance or performance etc.

If they quote you higher than some other place it's worth it.

Had my VW Touareg in to have the injector seals replaced after being quoted elsewhere for triple the price it cost to have the work done with EuroWerke. They were so honest and the quoting system is so simple, thank you do much I am now a customer for life!
