An Autumn Morning with Sydney’s Car Community
Our sixth Eurowerke Cars & Coffee, hosted once again at The Vicar, has come and gone - and what another incredible morning it was shared with our local car community.
With autumn settling into Sydney, the sun rose a little later than usual. The softer morning light gave the early moments of the event a slightly moody atmosphere, perfect for those first arrivals rolling quietly into the car park as the day began.
The Early Arrivals
The first car to arrive was Oscar - not Piastri, but our very own - pulling in with his BMW E30 318is, accompanied by his two youngest sons. A fitting start to the morning, and a reminder that these gatherings are just as much about sharing enthusiasm as they are about the cars themselves.
Shortly after, the Benzin Carry Coffee van arrived and set up alongside The Vicar, teaming up with the venue to help keep coffee flowing throughout the morning. As the machines warmed up and the first cups were poured, the steady rhythm of arriving engines began to build.
Small groups of friends rolled in together, weekend cars emerged from garages for their Sunday outing, and before long the quiet car park had begun transforming into a gathering of enthusiasts and machinery from across the spectrum of the automotive world.
A Diverse Line-Up of Machinery
Among the cars arriving throughout the morning were classics like a Ferrari 308 and 328, alongside a more modern Ferrari 599, a striking yellow Lancia Delta Integrale Evo II, a pair of distinctive left-hand drive Lancias, and a wide variety of modern performance machinery.
BMW’s latest generation G8X M cars were also out in force, filling many of the spaces across the venue - something that has become a familiar sight at Eurowerke events.
One group that arrived in impressive numbers was the Sydney M2 Owners Club, bringing along a strong turnout of both G87 and F87 M2s, which quickly drew attention from enthusiasts moving through the rows of cars.
When the Car Parks Filled
By 8:30am, the front car park had reached capacity, and traffic began to flow toward the leafy rear section of the property. The range of cars continued to grow, with everything from mini trucks and Aston Martins to Porsche RS models joining the mix.
By 9:00am, the rear car park had also reached its limit, with over 300 cars filling the venue.
As the crowds moved through the rows, people paused to admire details, chat with owners and capture photos of the cars that caught their attention. Inside The Vicar, guests filtered in for breakfast and a drink, while outside the Benzin team kept the coffee machine working overtime.
The sounds of the morning were exactly what you’d hope for - the occasional bark of an exhaust note echoing through the trees, mixed with the quiet background of Australian morning birds.
The Natural Rhythm of Cars & Coffee
By 9:30am, the natural rhythm of Cars & Coffee had begun to play out. Some cars queued to leave while a few late arrivals rolled in to catch the final moments of the gathering.
It’s one of the things we love most about these mornings - how quickly the energy builds before gradually settling back down again, leaving everyone with a great start to their Sunday.
Why These Mornings Matter
Events like this remind us why we continue to host them.
Yes, the cars are incredible - but what truly makes these mornings special is the community that surrounds them.
Old friends catching up. New enthusiasts discovering the scene. Families walking through the cars together.
Perhaps the most rewarding part is seeing the next generation taking it all in - young enthusiasts wandering between rows of machines that might just spark the same fascination many of us felt the first time we fell in love with cars.
They may be mechanical objects, but to many of us they’re also moving pieces of art - and events like this give us the chance to share that appreciation together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, brought their cars, grabbed a coffee and helped make the morning what it was. We also want to thank everyone for the respect shown to the venue, the property and the surrounding community.
For the very small handful who may have momentarily forgotten their Sunday manners… let’s just say the property owners and local authorities now have your details. We’re sure they’ll be sending you a friendly reminder about proper Cars & Coffee etiquette.
