First modification was the installation of a Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Audi S3 8Y 2.0 TFSI.
Wagner Tuning’s Competition intercooler offers the perfect solution to unlock the full potential of your Audi S3 8Y creating an exceptional driving experience.
The intercooler itself has core dimensions of 620mm x 440mm x 65mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 litres (compared to OEM’s 9 litres). It is lightweight, weighing just 9.2 kg in total. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimum internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler core. The inlet and outlet diameter of Ø70 mm, offers significantly lower backpressure compared to the standard intercooler. Installation is done by simply replacing the OEM intercooler and is straightforward.
In addition, all Wagner Tuning Intercoolers feature a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also has superior heat conduction properties. This provides a lasting and optimal cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance.
The second product to be fitted was a REVO Carbon Series Air Intake System for Audi S3 8Y 2.0 TFSI.

The REVO Carbon Series Air Intake System comes complete with a matching Carbon Series front scoop, lid, back-pipe and Pro-Panel filter completely replaces any restrictive elements of the OEM intake system, decreasing turbulence and allowing a larger volume of air to reach the turbo more quickly.
The final piece to the puzzle, also from REVO, is their Stage 2 Flash Tune for Audi S3 8Y 2.0 TFSI.

Performance data of the Stage 2 REVO Flash Tune are taken from DynaPack hub dyno (just like ours!), and all figures are quoted at the hub.
Peak power is now 328HP with 455NM. This works out to be a gain over stock of +53HP and +81NM which brings the performance of this S3 to RS3 levels.
