WE ARE HIRING: Full-Time E-COMMERCE WEB DESIGNER

We are looking for a full-time ‘E-Commerce Web Designer’ join our Castle Hill team and contribute to the success of one of Sydney’s premier European Specialist Workshops. You’ll be reporting to the Owners’ and Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of websites, e-commerce stores and EDM’s.

If you have a passion for designing high-performing e-commerce platforms, a strong understanding of SEO and experience with Shopify Development - then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management - Develop, populate, maintain and optimise Shopify-based websites and navigation, ensuring a seamless, high-converting user experience across different markets.
Performance & UX Enhancement - Monitor and report on site performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance UX/UI for optimal customer engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales - team to prioritise and display strategic campaigns and content using the appropriate website channel.
Shopify & App Integrations - Manage, customise, and integrate Shopify apps, ensuring compatibility with our affiliate networks, B2B portals, and payment systems.
SEO Optimisation - Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO strategies, optimising site structure, metadata, and content.
EDM - Deploy and schedule EDM content according to brand timelines, and promotions.

About you:

Undertaken a multi-media degree/diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organisational skills and time management
Strong communication skills.
Experience in Shopify development, e-commerce site management, and integrations.
SEO expertise with a track record of increasing organic rankings.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Shopify Liquid, and Adobe Cloud*
Strong UX/UI design skills to create seamless, high-converting experiences.
Ability to manage multiple international sites and scale digital strategies.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in e-commerce web design is advantageous
Ability to see a project through start to finish.

Renumeration:

2020 VW Golf Alltrack. Recommended by a Work Colleague . My initial enquirey was for 120K Service, DSG and Differential Service. I promptly received a quote and was happy with the cost. I was able to book my car in earlier which was great. Communication, excellent. Service, excellent. Further to the Service I was informed of other work required and supported with photos one of which I had done. I even got their Sticker on the back as I will be a repeat customer.
Previously serviced by VW Liverpool but let down by poor communication.

I never write reviews but Eurowerke is worth writing a review for!
First of all, the mechanics are amazing and pick up on things you may not pick up on. They are always working with you to find the cheapest option for you.
The prices of the services are amazing and so much cheaper than going to the car dealership.
They are always in contact with what is happening with your car as well as contacting you if your car needs additional repairs before starting them.
Lastly, the receptionist is AMAZING! She is adaptive to your needs (the way you want to be contacted), easy to understand, has amazing knowledge on cars as well. She works with you if you need any help with anything regarding your car! And most of all, she’s friendly and approachable

The team are professional, easy to deal with and super quick at getting back to you. My preferred method of contact was text and Annabelle was able to support me with this. I love that they send out a report to you with any issues they find and you decide whether to go ahead with getting it fixed or not. Phil and the boys at Eurowerke are a class act. Can honestly say it has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had period. I drive a M135i and the guys have taken amazing care of her. There was a small leak from something they had to fix a short while ago and they completely re did the job for me completely free and without any kind of awkward conversation about payment etc. They also helped me fix a small coolant leak that they had nothing to do with for free, they spent about 45 min on the car. The garage is immaculate also. Always clean and staff are always professional.

I would not hesitate to send anyone to them. Very highly recommended! Can't see myself ever going to a different garage, whether maintenance or performance etc.

If they quote you higher than some other place it's worth it.
