Celebrating Shawn’s Promotion to Workshop Controller
We’re proud to share an exciting milestone at EuroWerke - our very own Shawn, previously serving as our highly skilled Diagnostic Technician, has been promoted to Workshop Controller. This marks not only a major step in Shawn’s career but also an important milestone in the growth and direction of our business.
This move allows our Service Manager, Phil, to take one small step away from the workshop floor and one big step further into the front of shop - ensuring even greater focus on our customers, while Shawn now oversees the heartbeat of the workshop.
In his new role, Shawn will focus on managing workflow and job allocation, maintaining EuroWerke’s exacting standards and quality control across every vehicle that comes through our roller doors. He’ll also provide technical support and diagnosis when required, and ensure the workshop runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.
We’re excited to see where Shawn takes this role. Known for his aptitude for continuous improvement and commitment to excellence, Shawn has already proven himself as an invaluable member of our team. We’re confident this next chapter will be no different - and we look forward to the positive impact he’ll continue to make at EuroWerke.
