EuroWerke ‘Stage 1 Performance Kit’ for BMW S58 (G8X) M2, M3, M4 & (F9X) X3M, X4M Competition is our entry level package to best wake up your BMW S58.

The package itself incorporates a handful of key upgrades, the first being the unlocking of your BMW S58 ECU, to allow for tuning. Second and the only true hardware modification is the addition of NGK Spark Plugs, with a specific gapping. Third sees the installation of an xHP TCU flash-tune. Lastly, we bring everything together with a custom TUNE+ ECU tune.

These four elements combined increase power, efficiency, overall drive-ability and fun.

1. FEMTO – DME (ECU) Unlock

Based in Helsinki, Finland, FEMTO offers the world’s only DME (ECU) unlock service for BMW models built after 06/2020. Once your DME is unlocked, we’ll be able to help your S58 reach its full potential using our custom tuning platform, TUNE+.

2. NGK Spark Plugs

To give your S55 the additional spark it will require we make use of NGK iridium spark plugs. The electrode material for NGK spark plugs has a high melting point. They have a better performance and provide a more complete combustion.

3. xHP TRANSMISSION Tune

xHP TRANSMISSION Tune: xHP Flashtool is the worldwide #1 tuning app for ZF6HP, ZF8HP automatic or 7-Speed DCT transmission in your BMW. xHP provides you with the power to fully customise your automatic transmission and offers a range of OTS tuning maps.

4. TUNE+ ECU Tune

TUNE+ started to fill the gap for local custom tuners in Australia, especially for late model BMWs. Frustrated with overseas options, TUNE+ acted. Their BMW tuning knowledge extended to AMG, Audi, VW, Range Rover, Toyota Supra, and others. Our Eurowerke ‘Stage 1’ Kit for BMW S58 tunes the engine management without the need for additional parts, ensuring reliable, efficiency, but most importantly increased performance.

POWER INCREASE – EuroWerke ‘Stage 1 Performance Kit’ for BMW S58 (G8X) M2, M3, M4 & (F9X) X3M, X4M Competition:

The EuroWerke Stage 1 Performance Package for the BMW S58 is designed to unlock stronger, earlier power delivery while maintaining factory-like drivability and reliability. Through refined calibration, boost and torque arrive sooner and carry harder through the entire RPM range, creating a sharper and more responsive driving experience.

On our Mainline ProHub 3600CS AWD Hub Dyno, our Stage 1 calibration has shown gains of up to +64kW and +94Nm on the ZF-equipped BMW G80 M3 xDrive, increasing output from 364kW / 648Nm at the wheels to 428kW / 742Nm.

For 6-speed manual S58 applications, our Stage 1 package has recorded gains of +93kW and +204Nm, taking output from 338kW / 553Nm to 431kW / 757Nm at the wheels. A clutch upgrade is recommended for any power increase beyond Stage 1.

All EuroWerke S58 tuning packages support both bootmod3 and MHD licensing platforms, allowing flexibility for future revisions, upgrades and remote support.

Couldn’t recommend Eurowerks Castle Hill enough. The owner, Oscar, is honestly the best in the business. He’s knowledgeable, genuine, and takes the time to properly explain everything without making you feel rushed or pressured.

You can tell he genuinely cares about both the cars and the customers. The attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding, and the whole experience felt professional from start to finish.

2020 VW Golf Alltrack. Recommended by a Work Colleague . My initial enquirey was for 120K Service, DSG and Differential Service. I promptly received a quote and was happy with the cost. I was able to book my car in earlier which was great. Communication, excellent. Service, excellent. Further to the Service I was informed of other work required and supported with photos one of which I had done. I even got their Sticker on the back as I will be a repeat customer.
Previously serviced by VW Liverpool but let down by poor communication.

I am very satisfied with the work done at Eurowerke when I sent in my VW Golf for repairs. Not only did I get in quickly with an appointment, Phil even price matched the charges. On top of that the car was thoroughly washed and cleaned before collection. My go to place to have any Continental cars serviced or repaired as I also service my Audi A6 there.

I never write reviews but Eurowerke is worth writing a review for!
First of all, the mechanics are amazing and pick up on things you may not pick up on. They are always working with you to find the cheapest option for you.
The prices of the services are amazing and so much cheaper than going to the car dealership.
They are always in contact with what is happening with your car as well as contacting you if your car needs additional repairs before starting them.
Lastly, the receptionist is AMAZING! She is adaptive to your needs (the way you want to be contacted), easy to understand, has amazing knowledge on cars as well. She works with you if you need any help with anything regarding your car! And most of all, she’s friendly and approachable

The team are professional, easy to deal with and super quick at getting back to you. My preferred method of contact was text and Annabelle was able to support me with this. I love that they send out a report to you with any issues they find and you decide whether to go ahead with getting it fixed or not. The team of mechanics had picked up issues with my car that other service centres haven’t and they aren’t phantom issues as it’s things I’ve brought up myself but never got an answer on. Phil and the boys at Eurowerke are a class act. Can honestly say it has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had period. I drive a M135i and the guys have taken amazing care of her. There was a small leak from something they had to fix a short while ago and they completely re did the job for me completely free and without any kind of awkward conversation about payment etc. They also helped me fix a small coolant leak that they had nothing to do with for free, they spent about 45 min on the car. The garage is immaculate also. Always clean and staff are always professional.

I would not hesitate to send anyone to them. Very highly recommended! Can't see myself ever going to a different garage, whether maintenance or performance etc.

If they quote you higher than some other place it's worth it.

Had my VW Touareg in to have the injector seals replaced after being quoted elsewhere for triple the price it cost to have the work done with EuroWerke. They were so honest and the quoting system is so simple, thank you do much I am now a customer for life!
