We’re constantly reminded of how diverse our customers are, with a shared passion for cars bringing everyone together.

So, at the start of 2024, we sat down and made a plan to better share the stories of our customers. Why? Because we’ve loved meeting so many of you - getting to know your history with cars, where that passion began, and how it’s evolved over time. The idea was simple: capture and share these stories digitally through our website and social media, using the purest form of storytelling - written word and imagery. Check out 2024’s Features >

That approach continued into 2025 . While this year we only managed to catch up with three customers, busy calendars and major milestones - including our 15th Anniversary Cars & Coffee - naturally shifted our focus. Despite fewer features, each story was just as meaningful and reinforced why we started this in the first place. Looking ahead to 2026, we’re already planning new ways to share more of your stories and continue building this series in a way that’s more accessible for everyone involved.

Until then, let’s recap the year that was - and the Customer Feature stories of 2025.

‘How hard could it be?’ w/ Ashleigh and her [R8TD M] BMW G80 M3 Competition.

“How hard could it be? Sometimes this is only question you should ask yourself before plunging into something new and that’s the one thing Ashleigh remembers before her life changed… for the better.

Before we get ahead of ourselves, let us first introduce Ash - Ashleigh Smith, Wife to Alex and Mum to two young boys and an older than her years teenage daughter. Alex and Ashleigh have been married for 10 years and in that time, they’ve collectively owned quite a few fun and fast cars. But it wasn’t until just 2 years ago where Ashleigh’s interest turned into a full-blown passion.

What happened? Well, you’re just going to have to read till the end because this story starts nearly 25 years ago…”

‘He’s a Maniac!’ w/ Moey and his [M4NIAC] BMW F82 M4 Individual

“Like many other car stories, this one starts with a generational passion passed down from Father to Son, and in this case - a passion purely for BMW.

Moey can always remember BMW’s being a part of his family story, as his dad was… wait for it… a maniac for them! That passion from his dad, in turn, meant it was what good enough to raise his family with and was what Moey grew up around. So, for Moey all his memories from the car had that iconic Bavarian badge on the steering wheel.

When Moey was old enough to get his first car, he found himself in a… Toyota Corolla. We know, not what you were expecting. But this car wasn’t one for passion, but something to learn in, and to be his reliable transport for getting to and from his Electrical Apprenticeship. Yes, Moey was becoming a Sparky, and his plan was simple - work hard, save, then play hard. By the end of Moey’s apprenticeship he had done just that, or at least the hard work and saving part. It was time to buy a BMW and begin the ‘playing hard’ part of the plan…”

Alfa, Rein Garage & the Return of the Yellow F80 Beast.

“A Story of Passion, Persistence & Paint Protection Film

At Eurowerke, we’re privileged to work with some truly remarkable customers   -   individuals whose passion for cars runs far deeper than the surface. This month, we caught up with one of our longtime customers and friends, Alfa - owner of Rein Garage and national distributor of Inozetek wraps here in Australia. His journey is one of vision, grit, and a bright yellow BMW F80 M3 that never truly left his heart.

Our story with Alfa began more than five years ago, when he first rolled into the shop with his BMW F80 M3. Back then, Alfa was working in finance, but you could already tell - cars were more than just a hobby. Even in its early form, his F80 wasn’t your everyday M3. It was tastefully modified and styled with Japanese VIP-style three-piece wheels, and originally painted white before being resprayed in the unmistakable Midnight Purple, made famous by the Nissan GT-R.

We were lucky enough to be part of that chapter - taking care of everything from routine servicing and repairs to carefully installing upgrades as the car evolved. But what really stood out to us wasn’t just the car - it was Alfa’s quiet drive and the sense that he was building toward something more.

Eventually, the time came for Alfa to take a risk. He stepped away from the security of finance to start something of his own: a detailing studio right in the heart of Castle Hill (& around the corner from us!). Starting any new business is no small task, and Alfa knew he had to go all in - which meant making one of the toughest calls of his life: letting go of the F80…”
